Monstera Legacy- Tissue Culture

One of the most coveted tissue-cultured variegated Monstera for serious tropical plant collectors.

A refined, selected cultivar originating from the Creme Brûlée line, celebrated for exceptionally stable variegation. Mature foliage develops iconic deep fenestrations, decorated with a mesmerising blend of soft snow-white marbling, creamy flecking and deep emerald green.

It uniquely combines dense fine snowflake speckling alongside sweeping sectoral white patches — bridging the traits of Thai Constellation and Albo variegata. Every leaf forms an entirely one-of-a-kind pattern. Compared to standard Thai Constellation, Legacy carries cooler, whiter tones with less yellow-cream discoloration and far lower reversion risk.

A climbing aroid; provided with a moss pole, it will produce progressively larger, heavily fenestrated mature leaves.

Care Requirements

☀️ Light: Bright filtered indirect light only. Harsh direct sunlight will scorch pale variegated leaf tissue. Consistent gentle illumination supports stable variegation on new growth.

💧 Water: Allow the top 2–3cm of chunky aroid substrate to dry between watering. Use extremely free-draining, airy bark-heavy mix. Never allow roots to sit in standing water to avoid rot. Reduce watering frequency during New Zealand’s cool winter months.

💨 Humidity: Thrives with 60%+ humidity. Stable elevated air moisture prevents leaf tip browning and encourages clean, full unfurling of new leaves.

🌡️ Temperature: Maintain steady warm temperatures between 18–28°C. Protect strictly from cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.
